DE-MATTING
A de-matting service is available but should not be considered normal procedure. Anything other than ‘normal’ wherein the dog is brushed at home, has regular appointments and is presented in an unmatted state will take longer to deal with and therefore incur additional charges. (Please refer to Terms section for full details).
PUPPY WASH
All puppies who are fully vaccinated, are very welcome to visit and play in the salon. They will receive a puppy wash and fluff-dry. The idea is to get them gently accustomed to being groomed, the salon environment, the noises and sensations, from a young age and encourage fear-free future visits. Any clipping will not be available prior to 6 months, when they can receive a full groom, however, sanitary, paw and fringe trimming is on offer to help them with cleanliness and vision until they are old enough for the full works.
